We take pride in the craftsmanship of our products and strive to meet your expectations. Please review our refund and return policy below:

Return Policy

  • Personalized products cannot be returned, as they are specially made for you. Returns will only be accepted if the product is defective or damaged.
  • For non-personalized products, we offer a 7-day return policy.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Incase of any missing product its compulsory to give us an unboxing video
  • Refunds are not provided for returned items. Instead, you will receive a credit note, which can be used to make purchases on our website at any time.

Refund Policy

  1. Once an order for a personalized item is placed, our manufacturing process begins promptly to ensure timely delivery. As such, refunds are not available under any circumstances.
  2. Personalized products are non-refundable in whatever case
  3. No refunds are provided for FREE products
  4. If a refund is approved, the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  5. Please note that refunds for returned items are not available. Instead, you will receive a credit note that can be used for future purchases.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges on a chargeable basis:

  • For Jackets/Clothes (Full Replacement):
    If you wish to change the size or completely revamp the look (requiring a new jacket), a fee of ₹700/- will be charged. This includes shipping and the cost of the new jacket.
  • For Jackets/Clothes (Minor Changes):
    For minor changes like replacing a patch or making small adjustments (where a new jacket is not required), a fee of ₹300/- will be charged.
  • For Other Products:
    A fee of ₹350/- will be charged for exchanges.

    We offer free exchange for defective or damaged products within 7 days of delivery

Partial COD Policy

  • If an order is placed using Partial COD (Cash on Delivery) and the customer does not accept the order, the Partial COD amount will not be refunded.
  • This policy is in place to cover the loss incurred due to the creation of the product (customized or non-customized) and the shipping costs for both delivery and return (RTO).
